Sort by what you need on the day
When it is time to exercise, you think in terms like 15 minutes, no equipment, legs. Build your library around those questions instead of around who posted the video.
Use a few Favourites collections, such as Strength, Cardio, Stretching and Quick sessions. Save to the right one as you scroll.
Add a quick note to each
For each workout you keep, note its length, difficulty and equipment in a notes app or sheet alongside the link. For example: 20 min, beginner, mat and two water bottles.
Add a line on how it felt after you tried it. Too easy, knees did not like the jumps or great for mornings will guide your future choices.
Turn saves into a weekly plan
Choose three or four favourites and assign them to days of the week. Having a plan removes the endless scrolling that eats into workout time.
Swap one video each week to keep it interesting while the overall routine stays steady.
Track, prune and stay safe
Keep a simple log of the date and the workout you did. Seeing a streak builds momentum, and gaps show you which days need a shorter option.
Every month, delete videos you skipped over and over. If you have an injury, a health condition or are new to exercise, check with a doctor or qualified trainer before starting a new routine.
Frequently asked questions
Should I follow the creator or save individual workouts?
Do both. Following helps you discover new routines, while saving and labelling specific workouts makes them easy to find on a busy day.
How many workouts should my library hold?
Enough to cover your goals without overwhelm, often a couple of dozen. If you never choose a video, it is just clutter.
